Because of the nor'easter's damage, several cities and towns in Central and Western Massachusetts have implemented parking bans.

Franklin County
- Greenfield — A parking ban is in effect until 7 a.m. Wednesday
Hampden County
- Chicopee — A parking ban is in effect from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. That includes main and secondary roads.
- Holyoke — No parking is allowed on the odd side of the streets.
- Ludlow — On-street parking will not be allowed through Wednesday at 7 a.m. to allow for snow removal. Violators will be ticketed and towed.
- Springfield — No parking on the even side of the street from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tuesday. Parking on the odd side of the street isn't allowed from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m. Wednesday.
- West Springfield — There will be no parking allowed on main roads or the even side of the street through 7 a.m. Wednesday.
Hampshire County
- Amherst — A parking ban will begin at midnight Wednesday and continue until 7 a.m. Parking will be allowed on the lower level of the parking garage, the town portion of the Pray Street lot, and the row closest to the church at the North Pleasant Street lot.
Worcester County
- Gardner — A parking ban began Monday at 9:30 p.m. and will continue until 7 a.m. on Wednesday. Parking is allowed in city lots.
- Worcester — A parking ban began at midnight Tuesday and remains in effect until further notice.
